1-2-3-Gazpacho

1 medium cucumber
4 cups chilled tomato juice
1/3 cup vinegar
1 ½ tsp. oregano
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Blend thoroughly vinegar, Tabasco, and oregano. Add chopped cucumber and tomato juice. Serve chilled. Add salt and pepper to taste.
