Arroz Espanola

1 lb ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green peppers
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp chili powder
1 clove garlic, minced
10.5 oz can condensed tomato soup
1 cup water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup rice

Cook beef, onion, green pepper, salt, chili powder and garlic in a skillet until beef is browned. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and stir often; cook 30 minutes or until rice is tender.

3-4 servings
